WHO WE ARE: Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center (EPFMC) is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality preventive care for all ages. Our services for the working poor and uninsured include dental and mental health care. We also house an on-site pharmacy for our uninsured patients.

Nearly 90% of EPFMC’s patients are below 100% of the poverty level. About 88% of our patients are Latino, and 34% are age12 or younger. Approximately 68% are female. In 2010, we also served more than 1,400 patients at our four school-based teen clinics in local high schools.

WHOM WE SERVE: Our patients are the working poor, the uninsured, and the underserved communities of downtown and South Los Angeles. In 2010, 67% of our more than 26,000 patients lived within the 13 zip codes listed below; 80% resided within the 24 zip codes listed (Source: UDS).

WHERE WE’RE LOCATED: The EPFMC home is located at 1500-1530 South Olive Street, in Los Angeles, California, 90015. Our home sits within a unique building graced with murals, a two-story atrium, cheery wall coverings and furniture, and modern medical suites.

WHEN WE’RE OPEN: Clinic hours are 8 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. The Pediatrics Clinic opens at 7:30 AM. Most clinics have evening hours until 6:30 or 7 PM a few nights during the week. Go to How to Find Us to learn the days and times the clinic you want to visit is open.
